How To: Review All Items in Maintenance in TapGoods PRO
Once you have moved any Items to Maintenance, they are removed from your Inventory’s circulation and will not be included in available Inventory to rent out to Customers. In order to track all of your Items that are in Maintenance, navigate to the To-Do’s page and click on the Inventory tab, where you can review all Items that have been placed in Maintenance.
To navigate to the To-Do’s page of TapGoods PRO, click on To-Do’s on the At-A-Glance page.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated with Permissions can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with less Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**
On the To-Do’s page, click on the Inventory tab and then click on the Maintenance side panel to review all Inventory that has been placed in Maintenance.
In the Maintenance side panel, you can review All Inventory OR only Serialized Inventory that has been allocated to Maintenance. When reviewing the Items on this page, you can view the ItemName, Quantity, Priority, Work Orders, Inventory Return Location, Amount, and whether the Item is Internal/External.
Clicking on an Item in the Maintenance side panel will take you to the Maintenance page, where changes can be made to the status of the Item.
