Autobooking Orders from Storefront
TapGoods PRO offers users Storefront Cart, a comprehensive and convenient system that allows TapGoods PRO users to implement a cart on the business webpage that links directly to the TapGoods PRO Inventory. With Autobooking, customers on Storefront can book inventory directly without approval needed from the TapGoods PRO user.
In order for your Customers to Autobook Orders from Storefront, it is important to ensure that Order Settings are configured with Autobook enabled. To navigate to Order Settings, hover over Admin on the TapGoods PRO menu; then, scroll down to Settings and click on Order.
If you want Orders that come through from Storefront to come through as Quotes, simply enable Autobook in Order Settings.

You can also allow Customers to submit their own Reservations when all Legal and Deposit Requirements have been met by enabling Auto Convert Quotes to Reservations. With this feature enabled along with Autobook, Customers can submit a Reservation by paying the Minimum Deposit and signing the Order Agreement directly on Storefront!
How do Customers Autobook Orders on Storefront?
On Storefront, your Customer will go through a three-step process when creating an Order:
1. Order: The Customer will fill out Contact Information and vital Order Information such as the Order Dates, Rental Name, and any additional information.
2. Delivery: The Customer will fill out what type of Delivery will be needed on the Order.
3. Review & Submit: In this Section, the Customer can either skip payment and send in a Quote, or sign the Order Agreement and pay the Minimum Deposit required for the Order. In this section of the Order Process, Customers can do one of the following:
-Sign In to Pay Now & Reserve: Customers with an account with the TapGoods PRO user’s business can sign into their customer account and reserve the rental within the account.
-Pay Now & Reserve As Guest: Customers without an account with the TapGoods PRO user’s business can reserve the rental as a guest.
-Skip Payment & Submit as Quote: If the customer is not yet ready to pay for a reservation, customers have the option to submit the order as a quote. This will come through to the TapGoods PRO user as a Quote that needs review.
Once your Customer is ready to Pay and Submit the Order, TapGoods offers the ability for the Customer to sign for the Order. When all requirements are met, the Customer will click Pay & Reserve Now to officially Reserve the Order.
