How To: Add Testimonials to Storefront
Users who have purchased a Storefront Complete Package or higher can add Testimonials to Storefront via the Testimonials page in TapGoods PRO. Adding Testimonials to your Storefront will increase Customers’ trust in your business, which will positively impact your marketing and business growth. Adding Testimonials to your Storefront is quick and easy.
To add Testimonials to your Storefront, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over Admin on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
- In Storefront, click on Testimonials.
- On the Testimonials page, click Add Testimonial.
- After you have clicked Add Testimonial, a new Testimonial will populate on the page. Testimonials are identified in TapGoods PRO chronologically by number. Click the dropdown arrow next to the new Testimonial to edit it.
- Add Details, the Name, and the Title of the person giving your business a testimonial.
Any changes that you want to reflect on Storefront will only be viewable to Customers after you click Update Storefront. In order to save Testimonials, you must click Update Storefront and they will reflect on your Storefront.
Testimonials added to your Storefront will be viewable to Customers at the bottom of the About Us page. You can add as many Testimonials to your Storefront as desired!
If you would like to remove a Testimonial from Storefront, click the dropdown arrow next to the Testimonial and click the red Trash Can icon. Ensure that you click Update Storefront to remove the Testimonial from your live page!
