How To: Add Inventory to an Overbooked Order
When an Order is Overbooked, some business owners may elect to buy more Inventory rather than Subrent from other businesses or Locations. If you buy more Inventory and add it to the TapGoods PRO Inventory, then any Overbookings that contain the added Inventory will be resolved.
To add Inventory in an Overbooked Order…
- Navigate to an Overbooking and click on the orange alert in the Order Details tab.
- Once the Subrental pop-up has opened, click Add Inventory.
- You will be directed to the Item’s page. In Item Details, scroll to Update Inventory and select Add Items.
- Input the number of Items being added to Inventory.
- Click Update Items.
Once you have updated the Quantity of the Item, the Overbooked alert will no longer appear and you will be able to proceed through the Order Process as usual.
