How To: Add Staff to TapGoods PRO
Staff in TapGoods PRO are employees that can be added to Services when creating an order. Staff Members are different from Team Members, as they are NOT users of TapGoods and do not have accounts in the system.
Staff Members that are added to Services are simply put into the platform for documentation purposes; while TapGoods PRO is NOT a staffing system, users can connect Nowsta to their account in TapGoods, which will make tracking Staff and payroll easier than ever.
To add Staff to TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to Operations on the dashboard.
- Scroll to Staffing and click on Staff Members.
- On the Staff Members page, click Add Member.
- Fill out the identifying information for the Staff Member.
- Click Submit.
