Operations for Partial Users
Partial Users in TapGoods PRO have access to the Operations tab, which gives them a view-only version of TapGoods’ robust routing features and other important operational pages. This access allows Partial Users to stay informed about current Orders and routing details, without the risk of unintentionally modifying crucial operational workflows.

Partial User View of Routing
Partial Users have access to a view-only version of the Routing Calendar, Routing Order, and Routing Map! These pages are displayed the same way that they are to a Super Admin or any other Full User, but all editing capabilities are removed.
These features allow Partial Users to review the Routes taking place on various days, and they can use the information available to them to assist in planning and scheduling deliveries while ensuring that the core workflow remains undisturbed.
Clicking on a Route from the Routing Calendar will take Partial Users to the Routing Map, where they can review the scheduled Routes.
To view a Route in more detail, Partial Users can click on “Route Details”, which will open a more detailed view.
Additionally, Partial Users can view the “Orders” tab of Routing for any day, which lists out any Orders being Delivered on the given date(s).
Partial User View of Checking-In/Checking-Out Pages
The Checking-In and Checking-Out pages within Operations are designed as detailed lists, enabling Partial Users to efficiently monitor Orders requiring check-in or check-out. Both pages share a similar structure and provide a comprehensive overview of Orders needing attention.
Key features offered on this page include:
- Order Details: The Order Name, Order ID, In/Out Times, Rental Status, and Picked Status are listed on each Order’s column.
- Direct Navigation: To access specific orders displayed, simply click on the Order.
Partial User View of Drop Off/Pick Up Calendar
The Drop Off/Pick Up Calendar functions the same way for Partial Users as it does for Full Users and Admins. The Calendar provides a comprehensive view of the scheduled drop-off and pick-up dates for Orders. Key features include:
- Current Date Indicator: The current date is highlighted in purple.
- Activity Markers: Dates with scheduled Drop Offs or Pick Ups are encircled in purple.
- Order Details: Clicking on a circled date reveals details such as the Order Name, Customer, and Out/In Dates.
- Multi-day Orders: Orders spanning multiple days will be displayed on each relevant day, regardless of the specified Out/In Dates.
- Direct Navigation: To access specific orders displayed on the calendar, simply click on the Order.
This calendar is designed to facilitate efficient tracking and management of business activities.
