Help & Tutorials in TapGoods PRO
In TapGoods PRO, you can quickly get help through the Help Center, which is accessible on the right side of your portal. This tab is conveniently available on all TapGoods PRO pages, and you can use this tab to view feature tutorials and contact the Support Team when you need additional help.
To navigate to the Help Center, click Help & Tutorials.
Here, you can click on the dropdown arrows to view various tutorials and helpful materials right at your fingertips. All of the inline tutorials available for your review are organized into folders:
- Dashboard
- Orders
- Inventory
- Contacts
- Operations
- Admin
It is recommended to use Message Us if you are experiencing an issue unique to your account and Submit a Request if you are experiencing a suspected bug or sitewide issue. Once you have submitted a Ticket, you can check its status at any time from your Zendesk account or your email!
