How To: Add a Statements Contact to Companies in TapGoods PRO
In TapGoods PRO, users can add a Contact For Statements to Companies in TapGoods PRO. The person added to this field will serve as the primary Contact when a Statement is due on an Order that has been paid with Credit Terms. Statements in TapGoods PRO are only used for Companies that utilize Credit Terms.
To add a Contact For Statements, navigate to the Companies page located under Contacts on the platform dashboard.
Click on the Company to navigate to the Company Details page.
Once you have navigated to Company Details, you can add a Contact for Statements by following the steps listed below.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Payment Limits, Terms, Invoice Dates & Statements Info.
- Under Statements Contact, click Contact for Statements.
- Select a Contact from the list OR click Add New Customer.
**Note: Clicking Add New Customer will take you to the New Customer page, where you will create a new Customer to add to the platform. From this page, you will navigate back to the Company Details page to add the Customer as a Contact for Statements**
A Company may have multiple Contacts for Statements. Once you have added Customers to the Company as a Contact for Statements, you will be able to utilize them to email Statements to the Company.
