How To: Read the At-A-Glance Page in TapGoods PRO
In TapGoods PRO, the At-A-Glance page provides you with a birds-eye view of all activity in your business on any given time period. For users that have been designated as a Super Admin, the At-A-Glance page is the first page you will land on once you log into the TapGoods PRO portal. You can access the At-A-Glance page at any time by clicking Dashboard on the TapGoods PRO menu.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated the appropriate permissions can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with less Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**
Once you have navigated to the At-A-Glance page, it is important to note that this page links you to all major actions that can be taken in TapGoods PRO. From this page, you can Create an Order, Create a New Item, Create a New Contact, navigate to your Storefront, navigate to your Cart, and utilize Calendars to view At-A-Glance for various time frames [i.e. December 1-December 7].
Once you have selected a time frame in which you want to view all activity in your account, At-A-Glance populates data in several fields for you to review. One unique feature of this page is that you can review an overview of all Orders and Items and the quantity of each status available for these trackers.
In Orders, you can review the quantity of Leads [Pending Orders], Quotes, Reservations, Checked Out, Checked In, and Closed Orders. Clicking on any of these links will take you to the corresponding Order Status page [i.e. Click on Reservations to navigate to the Reservations page].
The Items field on the At-A-Glance page displays the quantity of each Inventory status within TapGoods. Here, you can review the quantity of Inventory that is Checking Out, Checking In, Overbooked, In Maintenance, and Subrentals.
The Payments field on the At-A-Glance page displays a graph that tracks the number of Payments made over the configured time range. Here, you can review the quantity of Payments Received, Payments Remaining, and Final Balances Due along with the transaction total for each.
Click the dropdown arrow in Payments to select whether you want transaction data from the Last 7 days, Last 14 days, or Last 30 days to populate in this field. Clicking any of these links will take you to their corresponding page in Payments [i.e. Click Payments Received to navigate to the Payments Received side panel of Payments].
The To-Do’s field displays the quantity of notifications in the Orders tab of your To-Do’s page. This feature of the At-A-Glance page provides users with a quick overview of action items needed on Orders in the configured time frame for the page. Here, you can review the quantity of Pending Orders, Autobook Orders, Delivery Needed, Order Change Requests, Expiring Quotes, Expiring Documents, Orders to Reserve, and Orders to Close.
In Deliveries, Shipping, and Customer Pick Ups, you can review the quantity of Orders that are going Out and coming In for each Delivery Method during the time range that you have selected for the page. These fields allow you to quickly review how many Orders need to be prepared for their corresponding Delivery Method.
