In TapGoods PRO, the At-A-Glance page is the landing page that Super Admins can view when Signed In to the platform. The At-A-Glance page is ONLY visible to Super Admins; Team Members with lower clearance will land directly on the To-Do’s page upon logging into TapGoods PRO.
To access the Order Schedule from a lower clearance Team Member’s perspective, click Schedule.
For Super Admins, you will land on the At-A-Glance Page when you log into the platform. From this page, you can navigate to the Order Schedule, which is an interactive Calendar that tracks Orders in TapGoods PRO by date and time. To access the Order Schedule, follow the steps listed below.
- Click Dashboard, which will take you to the At-A-Glance page.
Note: Users with lower Permissions will not have access to the At-A-Glance page.
2. Click on the Schedule tab.
The Schedule page will show all Orders scheduled with various status updates on any day and interact directly with the At-A-Glance page on TapGoods PRO. Here, you can view a Calendar that displays the Orders on any given day of the selected month.
The Calendar displayed on the Schedule page of TapGoods PRO will change depending on what you desire to see. On the Schedule page, you can transition between two subpages that will offer different filtering options: Orders and Delivery/Pick Up.
Order Schedule
The Orders tab on the Schedule page of TapGoods PRO allows you to see all Orders in TapGoods PRO on their designated dates. Users can view the Status of Orders as well as the out/in date.
Users can view the status of their Order as well as the out/in date. On the Order Schedule, ALL Orders in the platform will populate on the Calendar regardless of Delivery type.
Each Order displayed on the Order Schedule will show the Order Start Date and the Order End Date. Dates that orders fall on will be circled in blue. It is important to note the following…
- Orders that span across multiple days will be listed on EACH day.
- Multiple Orders can be listed on a single day.
Additionally, you can Filter what Orders are shown on the Calendar by clicking the Filter button.
You can Filter Orders on the Order Schedule by Customer, Company, Team Members, Contact Categories, and Order Status.
Delivery/Pick Up Schedule
On the Delivery/Pick Up Schedule, you can view Orders with specified Delivery Methods on an interactive Calendar. On this page, you can view Delivery, Shipping, and Customer Pick Ups individually on the Calendar. Orders on the Delivery/Pick Up Schedule display the Out/In date, Order Status, whether the Order is being Picked Up or Dropped Off, and the Time that action will take place.
Circled dates on the Calendar indicate an Order with the specified Delivery Method takes place on that date. Unlike the Order Schedule, the Delivery/Pick Up tab will ONLY mark the dates that orders leave the warehouse and return.
When users click on marked dates, the dates of the Order can be reviewed underneath the Name of the Order. You can also review the Order Status, whether it is a Pick Up/Drop Off, and the Time that the Order should be picked up or dropped off. It is important to note that…
- Multiple Orders can be listed on a single day.
- Users must click on the date to review whether orders listed are pick ups/drop offs.
- If an Order is Picked Up on one day and Dropped Off on another, you will only see the status of the Delivery Method on the specified day. This means that if Richard’s DJ Party is a Pick Up on October 27, the Delivery/Pick Up Schedule will ONLY show what time the Order will be Picked Up on October 27.
- If an Order is Picked Up and Dropped Off on the same day, it will populate TWICE on the page with a Pick Up and Drop Off time.
On the Delivery, Shipping, and Customer Pick Ups tabs of the Delivery/Pick Up Schedule, you can Filter the Orders that are displayed on the Calendar by clicking Filter.
On the Shipping and Customer Pick Ups tabs, you can Filter by Order Status and Delivery Status.
On the Delivery tab, you can Filter by Customer, Company, Team Members, and Order Status.
It is important to note that when Filtered, only Orders with the designated Delivery Method will populate on the Calendar.
