How To: Review All Recent Payments in TapGoods PRO
Once you have connected a Merchant Account with TapGoods PRO, you can track Payments made through the Recent Payments side panel of the Payments page. To navigate to the Payments page, click on Payments from the Dashboard.
In Payments, click on the Recent Payments side panel to review all Recent Payments made to your business. On this page, you can review the Order Name, Order ID, Customer, Payment Method, Payment Type, Amount paid, and the date and time that the Payment was made to your business.
To export an Excel File of the results populating on the page, click Export and download the file to your computer. In your Recent Payments Export, you can review the OrderName, CustomerName, PaymentMethod, PaymentType, Amount, and Time of Payments exported in the file.
Additionally, you can Filter the results that populate on this page by clicking Filter. Recent Payments can be filtered by Payment Dates. Input the Dates you want to Filter for, and then click Submit.
Clicking on any Order on the Recent Payments page will take you to the Order’s page. Here you can review all actions taken in the History tab, take additional Payments in the Billing tab, or make adjustments to the Order as needed.
