How To: Add a New Item to TapGoods PRO

To add a new Item to TapGoods PRO…

Hover over the Inventory tab and click on Add Item.
- Fill in the Item Name and Item Description.
- Fill in the Item’s Quantity.
- Add Pricing: Click Add Pricing and add either a Time-Based price or Flat Pricing.
- Time Based Pricing: These prices are for Items that will be billed according to the amount of time that the client uses it. TapGoods PRO offers hourly, half-day, daily, weekly, and monthly pricing.

Flat Price: Items priced with this option will calculate the bill based on the Quantity of Items rented not the duration of the time an Item is rented.
Click Submit.
While you are not required to fill out every section of the Add Item page, TapGoods PRO offers comprehensive options for personalization and extensive opportunity to provide details about each Item. In order to create an Item in TapGoods PRO, you must add a Name, Quantity, and Pricing.
