Purchase Orders in TapGoods PRO
Purchase Orders are formal requests to purchase goods for your business. These important documents serve as a way to track expenses and develop a system for purchases within your organization.
You can use this feature to outline the terms and conditions of the purchase, including the quantity, price, and delivery details of rental equipment or supplies.
Purchase Orders are located under the Inventory panel of the TapGoods PRO menu.
The Purchase Orders page of TapGoods PRO is a comprehensive list of the Purchase Orders existing in your account. This page lets you locate and access all Open and Closed orders via their corresponding tabs.
The Open and Closed tabs of the Purchase Orders page allow users to view basic information for each Purchase Order from a bird’s-eye view.
