How To: Apply Bulk Actions to Items in TapGoods PRO
TapGoods PRO allows you to perform some Bulk Actions on multiple Items at once using the Items page. Here, you can perform one of the following Bulk Actions:
- Convert to Accessory: This bulk action allows you to convert multiple Items to Accessories at once.
- Convert to Purchase: This bulk action allows you to convert multiple Items to Purchases at once.
- List on Storefront: This bulk action impacts whether the Items are listed on Storefront for Customer selection. For this bulk action, there are four options available: List Item(s) on Storefront, Unlist Item(s) on Storefront, Show Pricing on Storefront, and Hide Pricing on Storefront.
- Share with Location: This bulk action is exclusive to clients who utilize Multilocation, which is a feature only available to TapGoods PRO Select and Premier subscribers. With this bulk action, you can quickly share multiple Items with other Locations. It is important to be careful when doing this and to ensure that any Items you are sharing using this bulk action do not already exist in another location, as sharing will duplicate that Item.
- Damage Waiver Fee Exemption: Using this bulk action, you can enable or disable the Damage Waiver Fee for multiple Items. There are two options available: Apply Damage Waiver Fee to Item(s) and Exclude Item(s) from Damage Waiver Fee.
- Overbooking: Using this bulk action, you can determine whether you want the selected Items to be available for Overbooking. There are two options under this bulk action: Allow Overbooking on Items and Do Not Allow Overbooking on Items.
- Delete Items: Using this bulk action, you can delete all of the selected Items at once.
To apply a Bulk Action to Items in TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over Inventory on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click on Items.
- On the Items page, check the box(es) next to the Item(s) you want to apply a Bulk Action to.
- Click on the Dropdown Arrow next to Bulk Actions.
- Click on the Bulk Action you want to apply.
- Confirm your selection.
Once you have clicked “Yes” on the confirmation screen, your Bulk Action will be applied to all of the Items you selected.
