Disputing a Chargeback in your Launchpay Portal
The Disputes tab of your Launchpay Backoffice Portal provides a comprehensive overview of chargebacks and dispute-related activities. In the Manage Disputes section of this tab, you can upload documentation to dispute a Chargeback claim. This process is super simple!
To upload the required documentation to dispute a claim, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Disputes tab.
- Click on the Details of the Chargeback you want to dispute.
- Click on the Documents tab.
- Click Add Document.
Once you’ve clicked “Add Document”, you can upload required documents that are essential to disputing the Chargeback. It is recommended to name the Document that you are uploading so that the staff at Launchpay are able to quickly and efficiently process your documentation.
If you need to communicate with the Launchpay team, you can add Notes to the Chargeback in the Notes tab. To do so, click on the Notes tab and then add a Note!
Any Notes you add to a Chargeback can be viewed by the Launchpay team, and they will respond here as well.
