Getting Started: The Basics
Each tab of your Launchpay Backoffice account can be filtered and exported using the same methods.
Filtering in Launchpay Backoffice
On each tab, there are two ways to filter the results that populate on the page: Time Range and Filters.
Both of these buttons can be found on the top right-hand corner of the screen. If you want to filter for a specific time period, follow the steps listed below:
- Click Select Dates.
- Use the Calendar(s) to select the date range that you want to see.
Once you follow the above steps, the information populating on the page will refresh and only show information pulled from the date range you have configured.
The Filter button allows you to filter the contents that you see, narrowing down the results and assisting you locate the information you are looking for in just a few clicks. To filter using this method, follow the steps listed below:
- Click on the Filter button.
- Select the Filters you want to use.
- Click Submit.
And that’s it!
Exporting Data from Launchpay Backoffice
On each tab of this portal, you can use the Export button located on the top right-hand corner of the screen to retrieve an Excel File of the data you are being shown.
To export your data, follow the steps listed below:
- Click Export. A pop-up will appear, confirming that a notice will be sent to the email that you are logged into the portal as.
- Log in to the email associated with the account that you used to request the Export.
- Find the email from no-reply@infinicept.com titled “Your export is ready”
- Click Download Report; the file will be in CSV format.
The Transactions Tab
The Transactions tab provides users with detailed insights into all transactions. Here, you can access a comprehensive list of transactions with details such as transaction date/time, transaction type, status, card information, payment amount, and more.
The Disputes Tab
The Disputes tab provides a comprehensive overview of chargebacks and dispute-related activities. This tab contains the following key functionalities:
- Chargeback List: Review a detailed list of chargebacks, including case ID, reply by date, date issued, amount, payment information, reason, dispute type, and more.
- Manage Disputes: Upload documentation to dispute a chargeback claim.
- Detailed Breakdown: Click "View" to access a more detailed breakdown of each chargeback.

The Deposits Tab
The Deposits tab offers insights into deposits queued to send funds to your bank account. This comprehensive list details out each deposit and how much money you can expect to see in your account per deposit.
Clicking the drill down arrow for a deposit will show you all of the transactions that make up the deposit and additional information, such as the Partner Reference ID (the Order ID in TapGoods).
Your Business Profile
You can view all of your information on file in your Business Profile.

Q: How can I review my fees?
A: Access your Fee Profile to review your rates, card transaction fees, and transaction fees all in one place.
Q: Does Launchpay provide monthly statements?
A: While Launchpay doesn't offer formal monthly statements, you can generate similar reports by using the following steps:
- Navigate to the Transactions tab.
- Select your desired date range.
- Click "Export" to generate a statement.
- You will receive an email with the Excel File attached.
For monthly deposit statements, follow steps 2-3 in the Deposits tab.
Q: Where can I view a breakdown of my fees?
A: In Transactions, you can view fees at the end of the month and you can hover over them to see how many transactions took place and their specific rates. Fees are assessed per tier, which is also listed HERE. If you wish to see further details, please reach out to payments@tapgoods.com.
