Accessories Page in TapGoods PRO
The Accessories Page in TapGoods PRO is where you can review all of the Accessories that you have added to your account manually or through Bulk Import. In TapGoods, Accessories are a type of Inventory that are not visible to Customers and can be added to Orders as supplementary additions to other Items; then, Accessories are returned to the Warehouse after the rental is over. On the Accessories page, you can review all of your Accessories and perform Bulk Actions on multiple Accessories at once.
To navigate to the Accessories page, hover over Inventory on the TapGoods PRO menu and click on Accessories.
On the Accessories page, all of the Accessories available in your account are listed. At the top of the page, you can utilize the Search bar to find specific Accessories or click on the Printer icon to print a list of all of your Accessories.
On the Accessories page, you can review the Accessory Name, Quantity available for Rental, and the Tags assigned to each Accessory. Additionally, you can filter the Accessories populating on the page by clicking on the Filter icon. Accessories can be filtered by Category and Tag.
To perform bulk actions on Accessories on the Accessories page, click the checkboxes next to multiple Accessories. Once multiple Accessories are selected, the dropdown menu on the top left-hand side of the page will allow you to perform Bulk Actions. Using Bulk Actions, you can perform the following actions:
- Convert Accessories to Items or Purchases
- Share the Accessories
- Change Overbooking permissions
- Delete multiple Accessories at once
To navigate to the Accessory Details page, click on any Accessory on the Accessories page. This will take you to the individual Accessory’s page, where you can review information specific to it.
