Email Notifications for Messages, Storefront, and Picklists
In My Profile>Notifications, you can customize how you will receive Notifications on activity in your TapGoods PRO account. To navigate to Notifications, hover over your Profile icon and click My Profile.
In My Profile, click on the Notifications tab. In Notifications, you can customize the following fields:
- Message Email Notifications: With this feature toggled on, you can have messages forwarded directly to a Custom Email Address or To Team Members that are assigned to the Order. If there are no Team Members assigned, you will add a Default Email Address to send the message to.
- Storefront Email Notifications: With this feature toggled on, you can control where you will receive a notification if a Lead comes through from Storefront. You can either have Email Notifications go to your Company Email OR add a Custom Email.
- Picklist Email Notifications: With this section, you can enable notifications when there are changes to Picklists in TapGoods PRO. When this feature is enabled, you can have email notifications go to your Company Email OR to a Custom Email Address.
In addition to customizing where Email Notifications come through when Picklists are updated, you can also customize the conditions that must be met before an email is deployed. There are two triggers that you can select in order for a notification email to deploy:
-Delivery Address Change: The Delivery Address for the Order has been changed.
-Picklist Change: The Picklist has been edited.
After you select the triggers, you can also select a specific time frame during which a notification email will deploy.
