How To: Update User Information in TapGoods PRO
On the Info tab of My Profile, you can review the Name, Phone Number, and Email associated with the User. To navigate to User Information, hover over your Profile icon and click My Profile.
If you want to update the User Information, click Edit Profile.
While editing your Profile, you can add a Profile Photo, update your Contact Info, and change your Password. When you add a New Password, this changes the login information the user will use to log in to TapGoods PRO. It is important to remember to change your Password to something you will remember, and it is recommended to keep your new password somewhere safe and secure. When you are finished making changes to My Profile, click Save.
**Note: Ensure that the Phone Number entered into the User Profile is accurate and up-to-date. This is important for two-factor authorization in TapGoods PRO. When you log in, you will be prompted to authorize the login using the phone number listed. This is important for maintaining our client’s safety and privacy.**
