How To: Connect Google Calendar to TapGoods PRO
In My Profile>Google Cal, you can connect a Google Calendar to your Profile. To navigate to Google Cal, hover over your Profile icon and click My Profile.
In My Profile, click on the Google Cal tab. To connect your Google Calendar, follow the steps listed below.
- Click Connect.
- Select a Google Account.
- Give TapGoods access to your Google Calendar.
- Click Continue.
Once you have connected your Calendar to TapGoods PRO, this page will look like this:
Once you have connected TapGoods to Google Calendar, you can select which Calendar(s) you want to sync to in Google Calendar, and select which types of Orders you want to populate on the Calendar. To select a Google Calendar to Connect to, hover over this field and click the Gear icon. Then, select the Google Calendar you want to Sync Orders to and click Submit.
To change which types of Orders sync to the Calendar, hover over Order Status and click the Gear Icon. Then, click the checkbox next to the Order Status you want to select or unselect to sync to the Calendar. Once you are finished, click Submit.
**Note: If you utilize Multilocation, you must connect each Location to Google Calendar individually.**
