Bundle Details Page in TapGoods PRO
The Bundle Details page in TapGoods PRO is a general overview of any Bundle that you have created in the platform. To navigate to the Bundle Details page, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over Inventory on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click on Bundles.
- Click on the Bundle that you want to review.
On the Bundle Details page, you can review all vital information relevant to the Bundle including the contents of the Bundle, Pricing, an Availability Calendar, and the total Quantity of the Bundle in your Inventory. Additionally, you can Link Services and Disclaimers to the Bundle on this page.
It is important to note that the Dates selected on the Availability Calendar impact the Maximum Available Bundles listed at the top of the page. This page lists the total number of Bundles available during the time period selected on the Availability Calendar.
In the scenario depicted above, the blue number is the Quantity of Bundles added to Orders in the selected Date Range on the Availability Calendar.
Additionally, you can review the Items in the Bundle, their Availability, and the total Bundles you can create using the Availability of that Item. For example, if there are 400 Chairs available, and you need 10 to create a Bundle, you can potentially create 40 Bundles with the available Chairs. However, it is important to remember that the availability of Bundles overall depends on a combination of all availabilities of the Inventory in the Bundle. This section simply serves to help you break down the availability of each piece of Inventory in the Bundle and understand how TapGoods PRO calculates Bundle Availability.
The black number is the TOTAL QUANTITY of Bundles available for rental during the selected Date Range.
