How To: Move Items to Maintenance during Check-in
There are several ways to move Items to Maintenance in TapGoods PRO. During the Check-in process, you can move damaged Items to Maintenance and charge a Damage Fee [if applicable]. To move damaged Items to Maintenance, first navigate to an existing Order and click on the Picklist tab.
To add an Item to Maintenance during the Checking In process, follow the steps below.
- Input the quantity of the Item that returned undamaged.
- Click Update.
- When an orange Alert appears, click on it.
- Next to Damaged, input the quantity of the Item that returned damaged.
- [Optional] Add a Note.
- [Optional] Add a Damaged/Missing Fee to the Order.
- Click Submit And Update Rentable Inventory.
Once you click submit, the Items that returned damaged will be sent to Maintenance, and you can fully Check In the Order with all Inventory accounted for.
