How To: Move Serialized Items to Maintenance on the Item Details Page

There are several ways to move Items to Maintenance in TapGoods PRO. You can move Items to Maintenance quickly and efficiently on the Item Details page. The process of moving Items to Maintenance from the Item Details page differs depending on the type of Item you are moving. There are two types of Items you can move to Maintenance: Standard and Serialized. 

To add a Serialized Item to Maintenance using the Item Details page, follow the steps below. This process can also be done on the Serialized tab of Item Details.

1. Hover over Inventory on the TapGoods PRO Menu.
2. Click Items.

3. On the Items page, click on an Item.
4. In Item Details, click Add Items to Maintenance. 

5. Input a Serial Number and Quantity.
6. [Optional] Add Notes.
7. Click Submit And Update Rental Inventory.
