How To: Add Individual Serialized Units to Orders in TapGoods PRO
In TapGoods PRO, Serialized Items contain a Serial Number assigned to each Unit. If you have a Serialized Item with a Quantity of 50, then 50 Serial Numbers should exist for the Item. When you want to add a specific Unit to an Order, you can do so from the Items & Staffing tab of an Order.

To add a specific Unit of a Serialized Unit to an Order, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the Items & Staffing tab on an Order.
- Click Add Inventory.
- In the pop-up, click the dropdown arrow and select Serialized.
- On the Item, click the Barcode icon. This will open a slide-out menu.
- In the slide-out menu, click the checkboxes next to the Serial Numbers of the Units you want to add to the Order.
**NOTE: If you have a scanner, you can scan the barcodes you would like to select rather than manually checking the boxes next to Serial Numbers. If you want to scan your barcodes, click on the text box and then use your Scanner to scan the barcode of the Item you want to add to the Order. This will automatically check the box next to the Serial Number you want to select.**
6. Click Submit.
In the Select Inventory Pop-Up, the Quantity of the Item will reflect the number of Serial Numbers you selected.
- Click Add Inventory to Order.
