What are QuickBooks Labels in TapGoods PRO?
QuickBooks Labels are the accounts that transactions made in TapGoods PRO will be synced to in QuickBooks. QuickBooks Labels with TG - [i.e. TG - Cash Payments] before the account name are accounts created by TapGoods PRO that will move over to QuickBooks. If you would like to change the account that transactions are associated with, click Fetch QuickBooks Labels. Then, click the dropdown arrow next to the account and select from the accounts already in your QuickBooks account.
In this case, this is one of the only ways that QuickBooks sends information to TapGoods PRO. Additionally, you can click Add custom label to add an account that will sync over to QuickBooks as a new account. Using these QuickBooks Labels, you can pull accurate reports on QuickBooks with transactions from TapGoods PRO incorporated!
