Bundle Availability in TapGoods PRO
TapGoods PRO now offers the ability to track Bundles and their availability in several areas of TapGoods PRO. The Bundle Availability feature officially automates the process of calculating when Bundles will be available based on the availability of the Inventory contained within the Bundle.
Bundle Availability is determined by the availability of the Inventory required to add the Bundle to an Order. This means that if there is not enough of an Item required to create the entire Bundle, the Quantity of the Bundle in TapGoods PRO will be 0.
In TapGoods PRO, there are a few different ways you can track the availability of your Bundles.
Bundle Availability When Creating an Order
If you want to add a Bundle to an Order, TapGoods PRO offers a robust Inventory modal where you can review the contents of each Bundle, the availability of each piece of Inventory within the Bundle, and the Quantity Needed for a piece of Inventory.
As you add Bundles to your Order, TapGoods PRO automatically calculates whether it is possible to create the Bundle without Overbooking any Inventory. All of these calculations are automatically completed as you create the Order, actively preventing mistakes during the Order Process.
Bundle Availability in Bundle Details
The total quantity of Bundles available for rental is dependent upon the availability of Inventory required to create the Bundle. In Bundle Details, you can review the total Quantity of Bundles available to rent out, which is automatically calculated based on Inventory Availability.
The Bundle Details page in TapGoods PRO is a general overview of any Bundle that you have created on the platform. To navigate to the Bundle Details page, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over Inventory on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click on Bundles.
- Click on the Bundle that you want to review.
In Bundle Details, the total quantity of Bundles available is listed at the top of the page. On the right side, the Availability Calendar tracks when the Bundle you are reviewing is added to Orders taking place on specified dates.
