What is Delivery Manifest in TapGoods PRO?
When you are routing Deliveries to Customers in TapGoods PRO, our platform offers several documents that help organize and track vital information relating to Delivery Routes. One useful document offered is the Delivery Manifest. In this document, you can review the Driver Name, Delivery Date, Truck(s) assigned to the Driver, number of Routes assigned to the Driver, and the Team Members assigned to help with the Routes.
Additionally, there are blank spaces left on this document for you to input when the Driver will leave the Warehouse and Lunch Time. Under Routes, the OrderID, Delivery Time, Order Time, Custom Name, Delivery Address, and Delivery Method are listed for review.

There are several places in TapGoods PRO where you can print a Delivery Manifest Document. However, it is important to remember the following information before you Export your Delivery Manifest:
- The information available on this document is pulled directly from the Route; assign Trucks and Helpers to the Route before printing a Delivery Manifest so that a detailed document will be generated.
You can print a Delivery Manifest document from the Checking-In, Checking-Out, and Route pages.
Delivery Manifest on the Checking In Page/Checking Out Pages
On the Checking-In/Checking-Out pages of TapGoods PRO, you can print a Delivery Manifest document using the Printer icon at the top of the page. To print a Delivery Manifest document on these pages, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over Operations on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click on Checking-In or Checking-Out.
- Check the box next to the Order(s) for which you want to print a Delivery Manifest.
- Click on the Printer icon on the top-right-hand corner of the page.
- In the pop-up, click the checkbox next to Delivery Manifest.
- Click Print.
**Note: Make sure that Routing is checked off before printing your Delivery Manifest. If the Routing checkbox is left unchecked, Delivery Manifest will not populate in the document and the document will be blank.**
Once you have clicked Print, TapGoods will export information from the Routes assigned to the selected Orders’ Routes. When the Export is completed, click Download ExportFile to download the PDF file to your PC and open a new tab with the document displayed.
Delivery Manifest using the Printer icon on the Routing Page
On the Routing page, you can download the Delivery Manifest by clicking on the Printer icon in the top right-hand corner of the page. Here, information will be pulled directly from the Route you are currently viewing. To download a Delivery Manifest document from a Route’s page, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over Operations on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click on the Routing Schedule.
- On the Routing Schedule, click on the Pick-Up or Drop-Off icon of the Route you want to review. This will take you to the Routing Map.
- On the Routing Map, ensure that there is a Driver assigned to the Route(s) you want to review. Delivery Team Members that are assigned to Routes are always listed at the top of the Route.
- Click on the Printer icon.
- Click the checkbox next to DeliveryManifest.
- Click Print.
Once you have clicked Print, TapGoods will export information from the Route along with information from the Order that is being delivered. When the Export is completed, click Download Export File to download the PDF file to your PC and open a new tab with the document displayed.
