How To: Add Default Recurrences to Services in TapGoods PRO
Once you have added Services and Recurrences to TapGoods PRO, you can add Default Recurrences to existing Services. Default Recurrences will populate in Orders with their corresponding Services, and can be changed within individual Orders when needed without impacting the Default Recurrence on the Services page.
Adding Default Recurrences to Services is done on the Services page, which can be found in Services under the Operations panel of the system dashboard.
It is important to note that to add a Default Recurrence to a Service, the Recurrence must already exist in TapGoods PRO.
To add a Default Recurrence to a Service, follow the steps listed below.
- On the Services page, click on a Service.
- Click Edit Service.
- Toggle Recurrence ON.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Select Recurrence and select from the list.
- Click Submit.
Once you have added a Default Recurrence to a Service, it will populate on the Services page under Recurrence.
Default Recurrences will automatically populate with the Service on any Order that the Service is added to. Within individual Orders, you can change the Default Recurrence by clicking the Pencil icon next to the Service and editing the Recurrence in Options.
