How To: Download Bulk Import Company Templates
In TapGoods PRO, all users have the opportunity to streamline uploading Contacts to the platform by Bulk Importing Contacts. For users who would like to Bulk Import their Contacts, the team at
Downloading a Company Bulk Import Template is done on the Companies page.
To download a Companies Template for Batch Import, follow the steps listed below.

Navigate to the Companies page, which is located under Contacts on the platform dashboard.
- Click the Ellipses [...].

Select Import Company.

Click See Example Companies CSV. This will launch a download of the Companies Template.
All of the columns available to fill out in this CSV Template are listed below:
-Company ID: If you downloaded a CSV Template for the first time, this column is blank and should not be edited. Company IDs are assigned to Companies once you import them to TapGoods PRO. When you Export Companies from the platform, the Company IDs will populate in this column.
-Company Name: The name of the Company.
-Notes: Important information that internal Staff needs to know about this Company.
-Office: The office phone number used to contact the Company.
-Cell: The cell phone number used to contact the Company.
-Fax: The fax number used to contact the Company.
-Email Address: The email address used to contact the Company.
-Street Address: The street address of the Company.
-APT #: If applicable, the Unit that the Company is located in. This may be an apartment or building.
-City: The city that the Company is located in.
-State: The state that the Company is located in.
-Postal Code: The postal code that the Company is located in.
-Country: The country that the Company is located in.
Each column on the Template is a piece of data that will be directly Imported to TapGoods PRO; NEVER alter the pre-set columns in the Template. If you do not have a piece of data to input into a cell, simply leave it blank.
**Note: In this Template, you MUST fill out the Name, Price, and Quantity for the Companies to properly import into TapGoods PRO.**
Once you have filled out your Template, you are ready to Batch Import Companies to TapGoods PRO!
