How To: Bulk Import Companies to TapGoods PRO

Once you have added your Companies’ information to the Companies Bulk Import Template, you are ready to Bulk Import your Companies to TapGoods PRO. When you are ready to upload your Companies, the process is quick and easy! Batch importing Companies is done on the Companies page of TapGoods PRO.

To Bulk Import Companies to TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Navigate to Companies, under Contacts on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.

  2. Click on the Ellipses (...).
  3. Click Import Company.
  4. In Import Company, click Select CSV to Import and select the file from your PC.
  5. Click Import.

Once you have clicked Import, you will receive a notification that your Import is processing. When importing a large batch of Companies, it is important to note that the import may take time. 

Once your Companies have been imported, you will receive a completion alert and they will populate on the Companies page.

It is important to note that each time you Bulk Import Companies, you will need to use a new file in order to prevent duplicate Companies in your business.
