Creating a New Customer
Customers in TapGoods PRO are real people that the business owner can directly contact or add to orders. Customers are different from Companies because Customers are individuals, while a Company is often a commercial business. Customers can be added to the platform individually OR through Batch Import!
While Customers can function as individuals, they can also be added to Companies and Venues. Once a Customer has been registered in the system, there is an array of settings that can be customized in Customer Details. Customers are located under Contacts on the platform dashboard.
On the Customers page, users can view the Customer Names and any Category that each Customer is assigned to. Additionally, users can Export an Excel sheet of the Customers in TapGoods PRO.
How To: Manually Add a New Customer to TapGoods PRO
On the Customers page, follow the steps listed below.

Click +Add Customer.

Fill out the New Customer Information.
**Note: To add a new Customer to TapGoods PRO, the First Name and Last Name fields must be filled out.** - Click Submit.
