Creating an Order from a Contact Page
TapGoods allows users to create an order for a Customer or Company directly from the contact’s details page! The process to do this is the same for Customers and Companies.
To create an order for a Customer or Company from their contact page, follow these steps:
- Hover over Contacts on the TapGoods PRO Dashboard.
- Click on Customers or Companies.
- On the Customers or Companies page, click on the specific Customer or Company who you want to create an order for. This will open their details page.
- On the Customer or Company Details Page, click New Order.
After clicking New Order, you will be redirected to a pre-assigned order form. This form is automatically linked to the Customer or Company you chose. From here, follow the normal process to create an order!
