Using Picklist Manager on the At-A-Glance Page
**CAUTION: Please ensure all items on an order are completely ready to be moved to a new stage before changing their status via the At-A-Glance page. This step is crucial for maintaining order accuracy and readiness.**
On the At-A-Glance page, users can make bulk changes to the Picklists for Orders taking place during the period that the page is configured to view. Making changes from the Picklist Manager on the At-A-Glance page sets the Picklist Status for ALL inventory in the order.
To make a bulk change using the Picklist Manager widget, follow the steps listed below:
- Navigate to the At-A-Glance page by clicking Dashboard on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click Filter, and filter for the types of orders you want to see.
**NOTE: Picklist Manager defaults to filter by Set & Strike time! If you want to see orders that do not have a Set/Strike time, select a different filter.**
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to a Picklist Status and change it.
- Click Update.
Once the above steps are completed, the Order’s entire Picklist will be updated to the status that the user selected.
