Never used Zoom before? We’re here to help! Zoom is the primary video conferencing tool that we use to host meetings with our clients. If you’re having trouble utilizing Zoom, refer to the FAQs listed below for some solutions to common problems!
How do I log into my Zoom Meeting?
If you have a meeting scheduled with a TapGoods Representative, they will share a link to you that you can use to join the Zoom call. Simply click on the link or paste it into your browser.
I can’t hear anything! Why?
When you join a Zoom call, make sure that you connect your Audio to the call. When you join a call, you will receive a pop-up prompting you to connect audio to Zoom. Click Join with Computer Audio. This will allow you to hear and speak with your TapGoods Representative!
If you do not receive the pop-up, follow the steps listed below:
- Click Join Audio.
- Click Join with Computer Audio.
How do I share my screen?
Sharing your screen is quick and simple! Follow the steps listed below:
- Click Share Screen.
- Click on the window you want to share.
- Click Share.
That’s it! Once you are ready to stop sharing your screen, simply click Stop Share.

Do I have to download Zoom to my computer?
While it is recommended that you download the Zoom app to your PC, you do not have to do so to log into a meeting.
To join a meeting without downloading zoom, follow the steps listed below:
- Click on the link to your meeting OR paste the URL into your browser.
- Click Join from Your Browser.
