How To: Add an Account Owner to a Company
In TapGoods PRO, users can add Account Owners to Companies. Adding an Account Owner to a Company connects them to all Orders created with the Company. Account Owners of Companies must be Team Members in TapGoods PRO.
To add an Account Owner to a Company, navigate to the Companies page located under Contacts on the platform dashboard.
Click on the Company to navigate to the Company Details page.
Once you have navigated to Company Details, you can add an Account Owner to the Company. To add an Account Owner, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Account Owner.
- Click Add Account Owner.
- In Select Account Owner, click on a Team Member.
Once a Team Member has been added as an Account Owner on a Company, they will populate as a Team Member on all Orders created for the Company.
