How To: Add Customers to Venues in TapGoods PRO
In Venue Details, you can add a Customer to a Venue. This will connect the Venue and Customer, which means that when an Order is created for one, the other will automatically be associated with the Order as well. To add a Customer to a Venue, navigate to the Venues page, which is located under Contacts on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
Click on the Venue to navigate to Venue Details.
Once you are in Venue Details, you can add a Customer to the Venue by following the steps listed below.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Customers.
- Click Add Customer(s) to Venue.
- Click on a Customer or click Add New Customer.
**Note: Clicking Add New Customer will take you to the New Customer page, where you can add a new Customer to TapGoods PRO. Once you create a new Customer, you will have to navigate back to the Venue to add the Customer.**
Once you have added a Customer to a Venue, the Venue will automatically float to the top of the Venues you can select when you click Select a Venue during order creation with the Customer selected as the Contact for the Order.
If the Customer is associated with multiple Venues, you will receive an alert pop-up during Order creation and you will pick from the list of Venues that the Company is associated with.
