What is the Payment processing rate at TapGoods?
Depending on the type of Payment used and your location, the Processing Rate will be different. For US based clients, the Processing Rates are listed below.
- Qualified Transactions: 1.9%
- Mid-Qualified Transactions: 2.9%
- Non-Qualified Transactions: 3.5%
- ACH: 1%
For Canada based clients, the Processing Rate is 2.9% with an additional .30 cents charged per transaction.

How do I take payment with TapGoods?
All clients that have purchased TapGoods PRO have the capability to take Payment in the platform! To take Payment from Customers, you will need to fill out a Merchant Application with Launchpay. To fill out a Merchant Application, either contact your Onboarding Specialist or follow the instructions in click Sign Up For Merchant Account in Payment Settings of TapGoods PRO.

Where can I view Payments in TapGoods PRO?
Payments can be viewed on the Payments page of TapGoods PRO. This page is located within the At-A-Glance page, which provides a birds-eye view of all activity in your business on any given day. To navigate to the Payments page...
- Click on Dashboard.
- On the At-A-Glance page, click on the Payments tab.
On the Payments page, you can view Recent Payments, Orders with a Balance Remaining, and Orders with the Final Balance Due.
Where can I view all of my Orders by date?
In TapGoods PRO, you can view all of your Orders on a Schedule by navigating to the Order Schedule in TapGoods PRO. On this page, all Orders are organized on an interactive Calendar that can be filtered in various ways.

How do I receive notifications of new Leads from Storefront?
When you receive a Lead from Storefront, you can enable email Notifications in TapGoods PRO. This option can be located in Notifications under My Profile. To enable Notifications, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over the dropdown arrow next to your initials on the system dashboard.
- Click on My Profile.
3. In Notifications, toggle Email me when Leads are received ON.
On this page, you can have Email Notifications come through to your Company Email OR to a Custom Email Address. Select your preference and click Save once you are finished making changes.
What information is required to create an Order in TapGoods PRO?
While the Order Form is comprehensive with many useful features, you can create an Order quickly and easily in TapGoods PRO with a limited amount of information. The information REQUIRED to to create an Order in TapGoods PRO are listed below.
- A Customer or Company.
- An Order Name.
- Inventory.
- A Delivery Method.
Once all of this information is provided, you can create an Order.

Inventory
What colors can I import for my Inventory?
TapGoods PRO supports an array of colors for your Inventory!
- Red
- Orange
- Yellow
- Green
- Blue
- Purple
- Pink
- White
- Brown
- Black
- Gray
- Silver
- Gold
- Clear
These colors are available when you create Inventory within TapGoods PRO, and will cleanly import with your Inventory is imported.
How do I send Items to Maintenance?
Items can be moved to Maintenance during the Check-in process. When you are checking in Items, input the number of Items that returned and are ready to be checked in. If this number is lower than the number rented, an orange alert will appear next to the Item.
Click on the orange alert, and a pop-up will appear on screen, where you will be able to add damaged Items. Click the arrow to add a number of Damaged Items OR type the number into the text box.
Once you have added Damaged Items, click Submit and Update Rentable Inventory. This action will automatically move Damaged Items to Maintenance and remove them from Rentable Inventory.

What is an AR Company in TapGoods PRO?
AR Companies in TapGoods PRO are Companies that have a Credit Limit on their account that can be utilized for Payment to your business. While Credit Limits can be used for Payment, they must be paid back based on the Payment Terms set by the business owner.
It is important to note that AR Companies will always have a Credit Limit, and that by toggling this feature ON, you will be able to track transactions using the Credit within TapGoods PRO.

Can I view Truck Routes on a Schedule?
In TapGoods PRO, you can view Routes on any given day using the Routing Calendar. This feature of the platform allows you to view Routes that have been assigned or need to be assigned on any given day of the month. From this page, you can click on the Pick Up/Drop Off icons to view the Route on the Routing Map.

Where can I change the Order Settings in TapGoods PRO?
TapGoods PRO offers users a comprehensive system in which many aspects of rental orders can be automated via the TapGoods PRO settings. In Order Settings, you can customize Order Times, Expiration Dates, Storefront Settings, Payment, Taxes, and even more! To access Order Settings, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to Admin on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
- Scroll down to Settings.
- Click on Order.
