Checking In Serialized Inventory in TapGoods PRO
When you are in the Checked-Out stage of an Order, you can check-in the Items on the Order at any time. When there is Serialized Inventory on the Order, you can check-in your Serialized Inventory using one of two methods:
- Check in Items using the Serial Number(s)
- Manually input the quantity of the Item that you are checking in
In order to check in Inventory, navigate to the Picklist tab of an Order that is in the Checked-Out stage of the Order Process.
Checking In Serialized Inventory with Serial Numbers
To check in Serialized Inventory using the Serial Numbers, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the Picklist tab of an existing Order.
- Click on the Barcode icon next to the Item you want to check-in. In the pop-up, a list of the Serialized Units checked out for the Order will populate.
- Check the box(s) next to the Unit(s) you want to Check In.
- [Optional] Update the Usage Data for the Unit(s).
- When you are finished, click Check In Items.
Checking In Serialized Inventory Manually
To check in Serialized Inventory manually, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the Picklist tab of an existing Order.
- Click on the Barcode icon next to the Item you want to Check In.
- Click Check In Serialized Items without Using Serial Numbers.
- Input the quantity of the Item you want to Check In.
- Click Check In Items.
