Creating a New Venue
In TapGoods PRO, users can add Venues to Contacts in the system to later add to orders. Venues in TapGoods PRO are not individual Customers, they are locations that can be assigned to Orders. Venues are not entities that pay your business, they are instead separate entities that work with clients who are holding events.
This feature lets you keep track of the Venues you frequently work with and use them as delivery addresses as needed. Venues can be added to the platform individually OR through Batch Import.
Venues can be customized within the Venue Details page. To manually add a Venue to TapGoods PRO, follow the steps below.
- Hover over Contacts on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click on Add Venue.
- In New Venue, fill out the Venue Information.
- Click Submit.
