How To: Bulk Export Customers from TapGoods PRO
When you Bulk Export Customer information from TapGoods PRO, you will download a CSV file containing all current Customer Details and Customer IDs that correspond with each Customer. Performing a Bulk Export is useful when you want to edit information for multiple Customers at once and upload the changes to TapGoods PRO. When you are ready to bulk export Customers, this can be done on the Customers page.
To Bulk Export Customers from TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to Customers.
- Click on the Ellipses [...].
- Click Export Customers.
When your export is completed, you will receive an alert. Click Download Export File to download the CSV.
A Bulk Export from Customers can be used as a Template for Bulk Import. In your file, you can make changes to existing Customers or add new ones. Once you are finished making changes, click Save. The new file can now be used to Bulk Import all changes and new Customers.
