How To: Add Notes to Venue Details
In Venue Details, you can add Notes to Venues. Adding Notes to Venues will serve as documentation within TapGoods PRO that will exist only on the Venue Details page. Notes in Venue Details are viewable on this page and will populate on Customer facing and Internal Documents when the Venue is used for an Order, and you can edit these Notes within Orders without impacting the Notes made in Venue Details.
To add Notes to a Venue, navigate to the Venues page, which is located under Contacts on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
Click on the Venue to navigate to Venue Details.
Once you have navigated to Venue Details, you can add Notes by following the steps listed below.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Notes.
- Click Add Note.
- Type the Note into the text box.
- Click Add Note.
Once you have added a Note, it will populate in the Notes field and you will be able to edit it at any time. To edit a Note, click the Pencil icon next to it.
To delete a Note, click the X icon.
